Refund policy

Changed your mind? You have 7 days from delivery to return an unopened order for a full refund (the cooling-off period in the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act). Email us first so we can send the return address. Something wrong with it? If your QuitNic arrives damaged or develops a fault within 6 months, we repair it, replace it or refund you, as the Consumer Protection Act says. For hygiene reasons we can't take back a device that has been used or a Flavour Core pack that has been opened, unless it is faulty.
